When was the last time you consciously set a goal? What was it? did you achieve it? Why did you achieve? Why did you not achieve?
Setting goals i s a great way to focus on what you want and stay motivated in achieving what you desire. Goals give you direction. Goals can be BIG or small. Goals can be work focused, finically focused, relationship focussed, travel focussed......anything focused.... THEY ARE YOUR GOALS.
When you are overwhelmed with too much to do, setting goals are a great way of seeing you through. Planing, executing, achieving and rewarding is the greatest accomplishment of all. Start small, achieve big. Let me know how you go.
